For whom?
- for pupils of the second stage of primary schools, especially for 8th and 9th grades
An interactive, experiential and educational event where, in one morning, students will have the opportunity to to gain insight into various professional fields, meet inspiring personalities and practically try out activities associated with individual professions.
Action builds based on the principle of site rotation, similar to the MAKER FEST fair or the Creative Minds festival, where students can choose topics according to their interests and actively participate.
Each the station represents one profession in the form of a short lecture, practical demonstrations and space for questions. The program also includes a mini-interview on stage with selected guests - the students themselves can provide the moderation.
Action objectives
- Zoom in students learn about various professions and worlds of work in an experiential way
- Support their career awareness and decision-making skills
- Extend their awareness of traditional and modern professions
- Help make them aware of their own strengths and interests
- Create space for reflection, discussion and inspiration
Principles of action
- Experiential: children can try out activities, manipulate tools, ask questions
- Age appropriateness: understandable examples from everyday life
- The breadth of professions: not only well-known professions (doctor, teacher), but also modern ones (game developer, influencer)
- Community dimension: involvement of parents, local businesses and institutions
- Career guidance support: also ideal for school counselors and educational staff

- "My day as..." - students' presentation about their dream job
- Career map – students write what they would like to be
- Quizzes, game zones – interactive tests, assigning tools to professions
- Photo zone – with props, costumes and work equipment
