In cooperation with the World Bank, we have prepared for you a series of workshops focused on artificial intelligence, which will show you modern ways to gradually grow and increase your competitiveness. Look forward to the latest knowledge not only in the field of artificial intelligence, but also in marketing, business skills, financing, product/service development and sharing experiences with subsidy and grant applications. The focus of the workshop series?
AI skills
The series of workshops is aimed at gaining practical skills with artificial intelligence across different disciplines. You will learn to work with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva Pro, which you can immediately use in practice.
Practice from experts
Experienced experts will teach you how to effectively use artificial intelligence tools and help you apply AI in real business, whether it's digital marketing, finance, sales or other fields.
Understanding the market
You will gain a better understanding of your customers' needs and preferences, giving you a competitive edge in the market.
Strategic decision making
You will acquire the ability to make decisions with confidence and strategically to successfully achieve your business goals.
After completing the program you will receive a certificate, which confirms your newly acquired skills.
To get it, it is necessary to participate at least 4 workshops.
No prior knowledge of artificial intelligence is required.

1. Use of artificial intelligence (AI) for higher corporate efficiency and productivity
Discover how to incorporate artificial intelligence into different areas of your business and learn how to effectively use tools like ChatGPT and work with prompts.
2. Use of AI in digital marketing
Learn how to create compelling content that engages your customers both textually and visually, and discover how AI can strengthen your marketing strategy and increase campaign success.
3. How to use AI to better manage company finances
You will find out which financial instruments and financing options are the most advantageous for your business. You will learn to use AI for more accurate financial planning and forecasting.
4. AI and product/service development
How to use agile principles in the development of your product/service? You will learn how to quickly react to changes, improve cooperation in the team and how to bring added value to customers as quickly as possible.
5. AI and sales techniques including gaining new customers
You will increase your sales by learning how to effectively find and reach the right prospects. You will also discover how to communicate convincingly and build long-term relationships with your customers.

Questions and answers
Who can apply to the AI Club for entrepreneurs?
For entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in the Ústí Region.
(SME is defined as a company with a maximum of 250 employees and an annual turnover of a maximum of EUR 50 million or a total balance sheet value of up to EUR 43 million)
For the self-employed with a place of business in the Ústí Region.
For leaders and other employees of small and medium enterprises located in the Ústí Region who want to expand their skills and are looking for new ways to streamline and improve work processes.
Workshop date?
The workshops run from October 2024 to January 2025. For each workshop, you will be able to choose a date from different days and between morning and afternoon dates to find the right time for your workshop.

Experts to guide you?
Qualified instructors and lecturers with experience in the business environment. In the program you will meet the following trainers:
- Lukáš Rejchrt
Specialization: AI and Marketing
Lukáš has been working on AI for more than two years, since the very beginning of its development. In the past, he also successfully dealt with marketing and collaborated with Red Bull, for example.
- Philip Beard
Specialization: Product management
Filip works as an Agile Coach at Komerční banka, where he is an expert in agile methodologies. It helps teams optimize processes and improve development collaboration.
- Miloš Hostovsky
Specialization: Digital Marketing
Miloš has more than 20 years of experience in the field of marketing. He is currently working on a marketing campaign for Czech porcelain.
- Pavel Habarta
Specialization: Financial management
Pavel has many years of experience in financial management, e.g. he held the position of financial director at Stratosyst.

There will be a total of 5 workshops. Each workshop will last a maximum of 3 hours.
