What is social enterprise and entrepreneurship?

Social entrepreneurship is business activities that benefit society and the environment. It plays an important role in local development and often creates job opportunities for people with health or social disadvantages. The profit is mostly used for the further development of the social enterprise. For a social enterprise, achieving profit is equally important as increasing public benefit.

He wants to do things differently and better, i.e. the initial motivation comes from a different value ranking of the founders and management.
Most of the possible profit is returned to the company or donated to socially beneficial purposes.
It respects the interests and individual needs of its employees, and strives for their identification with the social enterprise.
As a rule, it employs disadvantaged people (integrative social enterprise), but this is not a condition.
It is independent, cooperates with the local community and interested groups (stakeholders), and behaves as a partner.
