University students and doctoral candidates, both domestic and international, who have their own business idea or are team players and want to validate the feasibility of an idea with the help of our experts and mentors.

The University Business Incubator is a semester-long, hands-on course offered in English at the Faculty of Social and Economic Studies (FSE), UJEP, and implemented in collaboration with ICUK.

It’s designed for students as well as Erasmus program students with a business idea—or just the motivation to join a startup team—and guides them through the process of turning their concept into a functional project.

Participants learn key skills in business planning, finance, marketing, and pitching.

The course includes mentoring, peer feedback, and ends with a final project pitch in front of a jury.

→ A minimum attendance of 80%, completion of a Lean Canvas business plan, and a Pitch Deck presentation followed by its delivery.

→ Skills in the areas of business plan creation, goal setting and strategy, finance, marketing, and presentation skills.
