Starting entrepreneurs with their ideas and companies up to three years old with a location in the Ústí nad Labem Region can apply. Our experts will assess business projects for free, advise on development, and decide on inclusion in the program, which can significantly advance companies within a few months.
The Startup Go program is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs and startups who want to test their ideas, create a viable business model, and gain access to mentors, experts, and investors. It offers systematic support, expert consultations, and networking opportunities to help participants turn their visions into successful innovative businesses. It traditionally culminates with the Startup Go Grill, where participants present their projects in front of a panel of experts and the public, practicing how to approach investors in real life.

Among its graduates, we can highlight names of companies such as Noxem, Stavario, HuráLiga, Reframed, Můj Strážník, IQstat or Hypedigitaly. These startups show that innovations can change the rules of the game, create new opportunities and bring concrete benefits not only for business, but also for the entire society.
Pioneering monitoring at the president's
Noxem, a graduate and winner of the 10th ICUK Startup Go Grill startup competition, which developed a smart box that monitors production, has gained the attention of not only regional partners but also the general public. The product was also featured in Forbes magazine, which called it a pioneering solution in the field of production monitoring and highlighted its ability to redefine established standards.
Success at the ICUK business incubator Startup Go also allowed them to expand their team, welcome important clients, and even meet with President Petr Pavel at a meeting of more than 90 representatives of Czech innovative companies with the potential for rapid growth and international reach.
The path to a million-dollar investment
Startup Stavario (I Know Everything), winner of the 5th year of Startup Go Grill, was able to start targeting customers in the construction industry in detail, launch online marketing and create a business strategy thanks to the ICUK program. With the subsequent support of CzechInvest, it explored the Asian market and held business meetings in Vietnam, Malaysia and Cambodia. Thanks to its participation in the incubator, Stavario gained valuable contacts, improved its business plan and prepared for expansion. The result is an investment of one million euros from Venture Club, an investment and social club, which opened the door for further growth for the startup.
An innovation that has appealed to world sports teams
Startup Rowingo, the winner of the 8th year, impressed not only the expert jury at the Startup Go Grill, but also the world rowing teams at the World Rowing Championships with its unique simulator that faithfully replicates the rowing movement. In addition, Rowingo made it to the top ten finalists of the national round of the prestigious Creative Business Cup competition, and represented Czech innovations at the largest innovation festival in the Czech and Slovak regions, Ynovate Fest.
Amateurs from all countries, unite and play sports
HuráLiga, a 7th year graduate of the ICUK business incubator, has become a leader in the organization of amateur sports matches. Thanks to its digital system, it facilitates the organization and planning of matches, attracting thousands of players. Today, HuráLiga organizes more than 1,500 matches a week across Europe and helps build a community of amateur athletes.
Innovations in communication with the city police
Startup My Constable, a graduate and winner of the 11th run, brought the company a modern application that facilitates communication between citizens and the city police. Thanks to the ICUK incubator, the startup expanded its activities and is looking for further opportunities for development, in particular the integration of new functions such as emergency alerts and interactive maps. The application "My Constable" is already helping to increase security in several Czech cities and has the potential to expand nationwide.
The future is artificial… intelligence
Startup Hypedigitaly, a 12th-year graduate, has already successfully deployed its chatbot – a virtual AI assistant – on the website of the Ústí nad Labem Region and the Innovation Center. This AI assistant helps automate communication and increases the efficiency of providing information to citizens and businesses.
Green energy with an innovative approach
We have connected the Reframed project, a successful graduate of the last run of the program, to major players and together with E.ON and CTU they are already testing the solution in the field on the first contracts. Their solution for installing solar panels on historic buildings is changing the rules of the game in the field of renewable energy. "Thanks to the connections and support of ICUK, we were able to significantly accelerate the development and expansion of our services," adds the Reframed team to participate in the Startup Go business incubator.
Money for further development
The IQstat project, a graduate and winner of the last run of the program, developed a mobile application for a simple and affordable solution for flexibility of electricity consumption. The expert jury appreciated the advanced stage of development and the well-thought-out solution. "Winning will help us fund development and take our product to the next level"," says one of the representatives of the IQSTAT startup, which used the business incubator as a springboard for further growth.
Nothing ends with graduating from our incubator, on the contrary, entrepreneurship begins with it - just a little better, without unnecessary mistakes, informed and with better opportunities.
