STARTUP GO GRILL

THE INCUBATOR ENDS - THE BUSINESS BEGINS

After every run of our Startup Go business incubator we are hosting a STARTUP GO GRILL event where we "grill" the projects in front of the jury and the general public.

Participants present their business plan in front of an expert jury, a group of investors and the public. They have a time limit of 5 minutes for their presentation. The jury will then evaluate those best presentations and plans and the winners will receive considerable financial prizes.

13th year of startup go grill – 6/2025

1st place: Won project Worksheet.ws, A modern tool for teachers that simplifies the preparation and assignment of school assignments. It allows you to create digital tests, worksheets, or essays that can be easily shared with students via a link.

2nd place: Won project Inpublic, an app and platform that brings an innovative way of dating – without swiping, but with an emphasis on real encounters and interpersonal chemistry. The founders draw on psychological research and behavioral data to create a safe and natural space for offline dating.

3rd place: Won the project  A confident brand, a transformational program for women who want to do business authentically, with confidence in their own abilities and a clear vision. From,dman, which tracks fitness training and helps optimize sports performance through clear analysis, planning and sharing of results within the fitness community.

Audience Award: Won by the project ENKO, a digital platform that facilitates the creation of energy communities under the new Lex OZE II legislation. It responds to the need for efficient sharing of surpluses from domestic photovoltaics and connects small electricity producers with consumers such as companies, municipalities or apartment buildings.

12th year of startup go grill – 12/2024

1st place: Won project IQstat, jsimple and affordable solution for flexibility of electricity consumption – mobile applications that control appliances so that they consume electricity when it is cheaper. 

2nd place: Won project Reframed, toa comprehensive software solution for designing photovoltaic systems on historic buildings, which will propose the optimal location of photovoltaics from photographs and create all the documents for project completion, subsidies and approval by the conservation officer, as well as connection to the distribution network.

3rd place: Won A trainer in your pocket,dman, which tracks fitness training and helps optimize sports performance through clear analysis, planning and sharing of results within the fitness community.

11th year of startup go grill – 6/2024

1st place: Won project My Guard, mobile application, which, based on the user's location, finds the requested municipal police. Every user can easily find out where the police officers are and how to contact them. 

2nd place: Won project Center for the mind, which offers brain training through a special computer program using the EEG Biofeedback method, the so-called by regulating the frequency of the electrical activity of the brain, leading to the improvement of cognitive functions, emotional stability and overall mental health.

3rd place: Won Restoration, which focuses on preserving, restoring the beauty and value of arts and crafts objects and historic buildings using modern technologies.

10th year of startup go grill – 11/2023

1st place: Won project Nox, who developed a smart box with an application based on the Internet of Things for monitoring (not only) production equipment and subsequently making the production of enterprises more efficient. 

2nd place: Won project Vacheria, goat farm with wellness stays.

3rd place: Won the Unitio project, a business incubator that helps foreigners establish and develop businesses in the Czech Republic.

9th year of startup go grill – 11/2022

1st place: Won project ePoltik, which helps Ústí farmers with their presentation and sale of goods to end customers. It is a Rohlík.cz from Ústí focused on local food products.

2nd place: Won project ACTIVITIES OVERVIEW from Jiří Šimůnský and Martina Marešová, who not only helps children to get excited about school activities with suburban camps, but also brings military education back to schools in a new guise, for example.

3rd place: Place yourself project PANELS, behind which Kateřina Javůrková and Michaela Labudová stand, mainly thanks to its visual appearance. It focuses on the creation of design paper objects intended for decorating interiors and celebrations, and creative sets for children.
