WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Aktivně vyhledávat a oslovovat nové klienty z řad firem, startupů a dalších organizací v Ústeckém kraji a nabízet interní program Platinn (https://icuk.cz/pro-firmy/platinn/) a Ambulanci (https://icuk.cz/pro-firmy/konzultace-podnikani/)
• Build and develop long-term relationships with local companies, institutions and municipalities.
• Map client needs and identify their potential for growth, digitalization, innovation or financing.
• Propose specific development solutions and connect clients with appropriate experts, partners and ICUK services.
• Collaborate with local governments and public administration representatives to develop the business environment and synergy between the public and private sectors.
• Monitor grant opportunities and provide clients with support in their use.
• Coordinate activities with other members of the ICUK team and participate in achieving project goals.
• Actively represent ICUK at events and meetings in the region, and possibly beyond.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• University degree, ideally in economics, business or other relevant fields, or secondary education with relevant experience.
• Ability to understand English (minimum A2 level required) – occasionally there will be a need to go on a business trip abroad or present our activities to foreign representatives.
• Category B driving license (required), you will often be in the field.
• Experience working with companies, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to proactively seek out new opportunities and build relationships.
• Knowledge of the regional business environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Chceš se podílet na vzniku největšího prototypovacího centra v ČR? Hledáme kolegu či kolegyni na pozici technického specialisty, která/ý se bude podílet na návrhu strojního vybavení a na budování technického zázemí největšího a nejlépe vybaveného, veřejně přístupného prototypovacího centra v ČR, jehož otevření je naplánováno na rok 2028.

Náplň práce

Podstatou činnosti technického specialisty je návrh strojního vybavení našeho prototypovacího centra a práce s jeho budoucími uživateli, partnery a dodavateli technologií napříč celou Českou republikou a příhraničím.

Technický specialista bude zpracovávat technické specifikace strojního vybavení v podrobnosti potřebné pro veřejná výběrová řízení. Bude vycházet ze svého odborného know-how, z předběžných tržních konzultací poskytnutých dodavateli technologií, z návštěv referenčních provozů a z podkladů zpracovaných projektovým týmem.

Součástí práce je také syntéza zpětné vazby od budoucích uživatelů, návrh procesů a služeb navázaných na strojní vybavení (ceníky, materiály, údržba, provozní model) a komunikace s technologickými partnery včetně spolupráce na dlouhodobé strategii rozvoje a obměny vybavení po otevření centra. Pozice je tedy koncepční i realizační.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Podílet se na budování a rozvoji největšího makerspacu v ČR (otevření 2028).
• Aktivně vyhledávat a oslovovat vzdělávací instituce (střední školy, univerzity, odborné školy, technické kluby, spolky, prototypovací centra aj.) a firmy se zájmem o spolupráci
  s makerspace.
• Jezdit po celé ČR s cílem návštěvy klíčových institucí a firem pro potřebu makerspace.
• Navazovat partnerství a spolupráci s klíčovými subjekty.
• Propagovat makerspace, jeho služby a technologické možnosti.
• Identifikovat vzdělávací, technické a inovační potřeby institucí a partnerů.
• Podporovat vznik společných projektů mezi vzdělávacími institucemi, firmami a týmem makerspace.
• Zajišťovat networking, sdílení know-how a mezinárodní spolupráci.
• Spolupracovat s týmem ICUK na realizaci cílů projektu Transformační centrum Ústeckého kraje.
• Identifikovat vzdělávací potřeby institucí v oblasti technologií, prototypování, vývoje produktů a podpory podnikavosti studentů, startupů a dalších cílových skupin.
• Spolupracovat na návrhu vzdělávacích programů, workshopů a projektových aktivit využívajících infrastrukturu makerspace.
• Koordinovat přeshraniční spolupráci se vzdělávacími partnery ze zahraničí v rámci regionálního inovačního prostoru.

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?

• Vysokoškolské vzdělání, které souvisí s designem, vývojem (například v oblasti technických oborů či architektury)
• Zkušenosti s navazováním a rozvojem partnerství ve vzdělávacím, inovačním nebo technicko-kreativním prostředí.
• Schopnost domluvit se anglicky (podmínkou).
• Výborné komunikační a prezentační dovednosti.
• Ability to proactively seek out new opportunities and build relationships.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Czech Republic and participate in foreign trips.

Innovation Project Coordinator

Join our team Innovation Center of the Ústí nad Labem Region. We are looking for a new team member, coordinator of innovation projects, who will participate in the development of the region and its transformation into a modern, innovation-driven region. If you are interested in connecting entrepreneurs, academia and public institutions and want to contribute to positive changes in the Ústí nad Labem Region, then this position could be for you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Connecting different actors – companies, universities, public institutions for the purpose of better cooperation in the development of the region
• Support the development of smart specialization in the region – key sectors with the greatest potential (e.g. energy, digitalization, chemistry, landscape innovation, eHealth)
• Follow new trends and opportunities in the field of technological, economic, social, European and global areas
• Search for financing options – orientation in the area of grant instruments, funds, programs and calls, but also in commercial financing of innovations, and direct relevant actors to these resources
• Participate in the preparation of strategic initiatives, pilot projects and cooperation with stakeholders
• To create a bridge between the region and the national and international levels – ministries, national RIS3, technology platforms and other entities
• Collaborate with colleagues from ICUK on Smart Accelerator activities (communication, analytics, innovation hubs) and other projects

We are looking for a colleague to join the RUR project team who will participate in building and developing a community of pupils, students and teachers across the Ústí nad Labem Region. If you enjoy working with people, connecting different groups and you want to contribute to development of the young generation and education in the region, then this position could be for you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Actively establish personal contact with pupils, students and teachers at schools in the Ústí nad Labem Region. 

• Seek active teachers and motivated pupils/students and encourage their deeper involvement in the project. 

• Initiate and co-create community and educational activities (workshops, student clubs, thematic groups, networking meetings, peer-to-peer activities). 

• Support interdisciplinary and intergenerational meetings (elementary school - secondary school - university). 

• Engage participants into co-creation of activity content (topic suggestions, feedback, sharing of experiences). 

• Create and manage communication channels and groups (e.g. on social networks or other platforms) that connect participants across schools. 

• Ensure regular, understandable and motivating communication towards the community. 

• Maintain long-term contact with participants and systematically collect and evaluate feedback. 

• Collaborate with the RUR project team and participate in the further development of activities.
