The House of Český Švýcarska in Krásná Lípa was the background for young ambitious people with a passion for business for the past seven days. From Thursday, August 22, the summer camp "MůŽEŠ PODNIKAT" was held in its indoor and outdoor spaces, which was attended by pupils and students aged 16 to 24. The Innovation Center of the Ústí Region (ICUK) not only co-organized the event, but had its representatives in the ranks of mentors and judges.
It was a week of inspiration, motivation, education and networking where young participants developed their business ideas and projects. The first five days were held in the spirit of educational workshops and intensive joint and individual consultations with mentors. The morning of the sixth day followed Pitch, competition for dirt, where the participants presented their projects in five minutes and answered the questions of the expert jury for another five minutes. The four best projects advanced to the business plans competition, which was held as part of a meeting of students, entrepreneurs, professionals and the lay public "Closer to each other thanks to students".
The chairman of the jury, a Czech entrepreneur and philanthropist, took charge of the opening ceremony and opening speech. Martin Vohanka. Other members of the jury were Kateřina Valešová, director of the Ústí Community Foundation, Alena Hajková, director of the Ústí regional office of the government agency CzechInvest, entrepreneur and investor Jan Kislenko and Tereza Moravcová, director of the association YOU CAN DO BUSINESS.
All four competition projects represented great ideas, but the jury could only award three. Filip Zaborsky presented "Z - Found" project, whose goal is to create an environment for collaboration between generations, and in which Generation Z excels. It focuses on various forms of training, especially for HR and management in companies, where it not only explains the behavior, needs and specifics of this generation, but also teaches how to work with and lead them.
He won the second place "WeiW" project, presented Ondřej Bartoš. The project is about a simple idea - a stand for a bottle or mug that measures the daily drinking regime. The product is intended for ordinary consumers, especially in the work process, to monitor the drinking regime and draw attention to its observance. The ambition in the future is to establish itself as a medical aid, for example in hospitals or nursing homes.
She became the winner Eliška Podhajská with yours by the "Cupmat" project. Cupmat is a machine for reserved plastic cups, which are mainly used at festivals and sports or cultural events. It will enable a simple return of the cup, and quick withdrawal or cashless transfer of the deposit to the account. We congratulate all the winners and we believe that they will develop and advance their projects thanks to the Summer Camp "MůŽEŠ PODNIKAT".
ICUK he co-organized the event and covered it with the personal participation of four mentors, three of whom were also judges in the dirt competition. Daniel Blackthorn, manager of educational activities, led a workshop in the first days on the subject of MVP - Minimum Viable Product. As a mentor, he consulted individually on the topics of soft skills and presentation skills. Matouš Kostomlatský, coordinator of educational activities, mentored the topic of business plan and presentation, Tamara Klein, project and marketing manager, consulted individually on projects in the field of marketing and company management. The fourth representative of ICUK, Fabián Bytyqi, dedicated mentoring hours to participants on the topic of marketing and social networks.
