On November 16, 2022, a meeting of the platform for digitization of healthcare and social services took place in the premises of the Innovation Center Ústí nad Labem (Digital health platforms) associated with the final conference of the D-Care project (financed by the Interreg Danube program).

The first part of the event, which brought together a number of very interesting personalities from the private, academic and public spheres, offered inspiration, for example, in the field of innovative technologies, work with biomedical data and the activities of business incubators. The afternoon part was devoted to the activities of the Digatal health platform itself with the new coordinator Tereza Okurková from the Innovation Center of the Ústí Region, who is in charge of the innovative healthcare and social services sector. In addition to the discussion to define the agenda of the platform, there were also suggestions for financing cooperation, research, development and innovation with an emphasis on the area of health and social services. There was also a look at system solutions from the representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

We believe that the activity of the platform will be very inspiring in the future and will help the development of innovations in the field of health care and active and healthy aging of the population of our region.
