Feedback is the breakfast of champions. That's why we, together with an external agency, asked 42 companies that had passed our Platinum program, how satisfied they were. The result? An NPS score of +60 and the vast majority of entrepreneurs who would do it again. Read what the experts helped them with the most and how they praise the "no paperwork".

We had an independent evaluation carried out by the SC&C agency between 42 companies, that went through the program. We were interested in everything - from administration to the quality of mentors to the real impacts on their turnover.

The numbers speak for themselves: satisfaction is high

If you know the metric NPS (Net Promoter Score), you know that any positive number is good and above 50 is an excellent result. The Platinn program achieved in the rating score +60.

• 96 % participants rated the program with a grade of 6 or more (on a scale of 10), with almost half giving it a perfect ten.
• 53 % companies said it would "definitely" participate in the program again, and another 40 %s "probably would.".

This is a signal for us that we are going in the right direction. Companies in the region are not just looking for money, they are looking for know-how.

A cure for operational blindness

Why do companies do this at all? The most common reason (42 %) was the desire to gain new know-how and mentorship. Many business owners admitted that they suffered from „operational blindness“ and needed someone with an unbiased perspective to look at their business from the outside. As one participant from the manufacturing sector said: „"We needed someone to look at it from the outside, because we've been at this for a long time and you're losing perspective."“

Experts most often helped with:

• Business and marketing (strategy setting, expansion).
• By strategically clarifying direction (where to actually lead the company).
• By gaining courage to important decisions.

We know what bothers entrepreneurs the most – bureaucracy. That is why we were most pleased when companies praised each other in the evaluation. low administrative burden.

One of the respondents summed it up perfectly: „"I appreciate the simplicity – no forms, just concrete work."“ Another added that he was interested in the fact that it was about cooperation „"without unnecessary administration."“

Not just a pat on the back, but real results

Mentoring is not just about chatting over coffee. 43 % companies has already recorded partial business results during the program and another 30 % are expected in the near future. Whether it was more efficient internal processes or the development of new products.

“Of course, nothing is perfect. Feedback has shown us that the key is choosing the right mentor – the “match” simply has to be a good fit both personally and professionally. This is an area we will now focus even more on to ensure that everyone gets a partner exactly for their type of business.,” says experienced ICUK key account manager Petr Jansa.
