What is your role as a leader in employee motivation?

Motivation has a huge impact on performance and results. Also for satisfaction, a sense of fulfillment, and employee engagement. As managers and HR, we are therefore looking for the golden grail of motivation. A universal recipe. But there is no such thing. External motivation, i.e. rewards and benefits, for example, have their limits in keeping employees really motivated. True sustained motivation is individual and comes from within. Who, what, how does it affect her? We will look at this in our workshop.

• you will find out what are the sources of internal motivation, aka Motivation 2.0
• you will see what role the manager/supervisor plays in motivating employees
• you will understand hygiene and motivational factors

Marek Marušinec

I am a coach, trainer, consultant and author of the Leader's Alphabet - an online onboarding program for budding leaders. I believe that quality leaders can create an environment where people will not only work happily, but also live a better life.

I have led various teams from 2 to 400 people. I went through leading a team, leading a department with several teams, and leading an entire branch with several departments. I led the team in operative, in administration, management team and even a sports team.

As a manager, I was in charge for 5 years development and training for a branch of a global corporation in CZ, I created a development program for budding leaders, implemented a talent management program and launched a global education curriculum.

Michael Köszegi

I am a coach, trainer and facilitator. I am co-author of Team Accelerators – workshops for teams, aimed at removing obstacles that prevent teams from effective and satisfied cooperation and Leader's Alphabets - online onboarding program for budding leaders.

I graduated a series of trainings e.g. Person Centered Approach psychotherapeutic training, KC coaching training, systemic training. I am an accredited Facet5 Practitioner and Inpram Certified Talent Coach.

Dozens of teams and hundreds of leaders have already gone through our trainings. We try to pass this experience on in a concentrated form. I am sure that leaders are the ones who change the world.
