Topic: How to start your business?

In this introductory part of the workshop, we will focus on the key fundamentals of business. With Honza, you will discuss how to set up a business or trading company, what are the legal and administrative steps that must be taken, and how to avoid the most common mistakes. You will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of business, questions about paying VAT and how to choose the right company name and domain. And what Honza doesn't tell you in the beginning, be sure to ask him!

The second part of the workshop will focus on the financial aspects of business. You will learn where and how to get financing for your business plan, and you will discuss different financing options – from bank loans to investors to crowdfunding and subsidies. You will get practical advice on how to deal with investors and how to effectively manage your finances so that your business can grow successfully.
