ICUK TEAM Run

ICUK Run is a team running race for companies, institutions, associations... but also a party of friends, which takes place as part of the Milada Run event in the unique environment of Lake Milada, which represents a successful transformation of the landscape after coal mining. The race is a challenge not only for athletes who want to fight for victory, but also for those who want to enjoy a sports day together with their friends or colleagues and experience the atmosphere of a race for the first time.

Basic information

• The team consists of 4 members (regardless of age and gender) 
• Every team has its own captain, who registers the competitors for his team and chooses the team name 
• The whole team runs together 5 km route
• The total time is equal to the sum of the times of all four team members
• The top 3 teams will be announced on the podium during the race.

By supporting the team race on Milada, we want to involve companies in the region not only in a joint sporting activity, but also in visiting the revitalized landscape of this beautiful lake and participating in its further development as part of the transformation of the Ústí nad Labem Region.
