Feedback in business

Feedback is a powerful tool – it can move people and companies forward, but if we don't know how to give or receive it well, it often hinders. In this practical workshop, we'll look at how to work with feedback in a way that is beneficial, fair and motivating.

Together we will try out specific techniques and approaches that help entrepreneurs and leaders:

• improve team cooperation,
• strengthen relationships with customers and partners,
• and create an environment where people want to grow.

The workshop is designed for a wide range of entrepreneurs – from those leading a small team to experienced managers. Everything will be as practical as possible, with an emphasis on everyday situations.

  I am a coach, trainer, consultant and author of The Alphabet of a Leader – an online onboarding program for aspiring leaders.
  I believe that quality leaders can create an environment where people will not only work happily, but also live a better life.

  I have led various teams from 2 to 400 people. I have been through team management, department management with several teams, and management of an entire branch with several departments. I have led a team in operations, in administration, management team and even a sports team.

  As a manager, I was in charge for 5 years development and training for a branch of a global corporation in CZ, I created a development program for budding leaders, implemented a talent management program and launched a global education curriculum.

   
  MICHAELA KÖSZEGI

  I am a coach, trainer and facilitator. I am co-author of Team Accelerators – workshops for teams, focused on removing obstacles that prevent teams from working together effectively and satisfactorily, and The Alphabet of a Leader – an online onboarding program for aspiring leaders.

  I graduated a series of trainings, e.g. Person Centered Approach psychotherapy training, KC coaching training, systemic training. I am an accredited Facet5 Practitioner and Inpram Certified Talent Coach.

  Dozens of teams and hundreds of leaders have already gone through our trainings. We try to pass this experience on in a concentrated form. I am sure that leaders are the ones who change the world.
