Experience LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in action!

This interactive workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to try out the methodology LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) first-hand. Through guided model building and reflection, we will explore how this approach can be used to address complex issues, enhance collaboration, and create shared understanding.

What we will do together:

• We will use techniques LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to uncover key insights about collaboration and problem solving.
• We will experiment with applications relevant to everyday work: managing change between teams and their organization, decision-making and strategy development.
• We will reflect on how this methodology could be integrated into your own practice.
• We will exchange experiences with colleagues who face similar challenges in the field of change management and development.

This workshop is designed as practical demonstration, which will provide you with both direct experience with the method and ideas on how to apply it in your own context.
