Advanced Telephone Sales Workshop

Course objective

The goal of the training is to move telemarketers from the "good" level to "highly successful" by improving communication techniques, working with customer emotions and effective preparation, including the structure of a cold call and the first 30 seconds. Participants will learn to approach the call not as a pressured attempt to sell something, but as a strategy for building trust with a clear intention to arrange a business meeting. They will master working with the most common objections without pressure, recognizing signals and leading the conversation to a result, while verifying the acquired confidence in practice in the form of model situations and call exercises.
