non-profit organization based in Ústí nad Labem
They wanted to increase their own independence from grants and turned to them for the company's help to help them solve employee indebtedness and the associated negative phenomena. The social agency has therefore developed a unique assistance service called Help line, which solves everything comprehensively. The enormous interest of companies and the need to commercialize the service as well as to set "company" processes and goals made it use the services of the ICUK Platinn program. In the program, they focused on solving commercial aspects of the service, business plan, pricing policy, internal management processes and work organization.
