GOODACCESS

IT company developing a cyber security platform for companies
For a long time, the GoodAccess company moved in the field for end customers and then partially in the market for companies. In the ICUK Platinn mentoring program, they wanted to focus primarily on services for companies, and for that they had to change their thinking across the entire company. In addition, they were preparing to expand abroad and thus welcomed the experience of a mentor who had already successfully entered foreign markets.

I have my favorite AHA moment thanks to Platinn: I drew a curve for our growth in the near future. Our mentor from Platinn took a pencil and drew a so-called hockey stick, i.e. an exponential, on the graph, and just said to me: Michael, if you want to invest, you have to be able to think big! From this point I began to think more in terms of style, where we want to be and how to achieve it. And this change in mindset has moved us a lot."
