On 31.5. In 2024, the very first year of the Re-power your future Innovation Camp competition took place in Ústí nad Labem. The competition was attended by 50 students from 5 secondary schools from the Ústí Region, who were randomly divided into 7 teams. The teams, together with their mentors from among the partners of the event, processed the competition assignment where they had to create an innovative business idea that would improve living conditions in the Ústí Region.
The jury awarded the best teams in two competition categories and one team won the audience award.

The event was implemented as part of the Entrepreneurship Support project, which is part of the National Recovery Plan, component 1.4. Digital economy and society, innovative start-ups and new technologies, financed by the European Fund for Regional Development and supported by partners UniCredit Foundation, CzechInvest and ICUK.
The Innovation Center of the Ústí Region supported the competition with space for the event, a mentor from the expert team of the RUR project (Mgr. Daniel Trnka) and a judge, the project manager of the RUR project (Ing. Tamara Klein).
