Who are the best innovators from the Ústí Region? In September, ICUK took stock and published an overview of the most significant innovations and successful companies that participated in our Innovation Company of the Ústí Region competition over the past six years.

The brochure maps the innovative projects of companies, their products, technologies and processes, which influence not only the development of the company itself, but indirectly also our region, and often would not be lost even at the international level. 

"For the seventh year now, we have been awarding companies that, thanks to innovations, are advancing economically and at the same time contributing to the development of our region. With the brochure, we wanted to highlight their achievements again, so that they would have a tangible reminder next to the plaque that they can give to their business partners and be an inspiration to everyone who is thinking about how to improve their products, processes and services," says Martin Mata, director of the Innovation Center of the Ústí Region.

What will you find in the brochure? On the 28 pages of the brochure, we provide a comprehensive overview of the companies and winning innovations, which were placed on the front lines in the individual categories of the competition. There are also photos from the announcement ceremony, an overview of all partners and also QR links to videos from the announcement or interviews with the winners.

Since 2018, the Innovation Company of the Ústí Region competition has been awarding small and medium-sized businesses, startups and large companies, and from 2023, it will also award a special award for a person with an extraordinary contribution to the development of the Ústí Region bearing in memoriam the name of Professor Jiřina Jílková, who herself made a significant contribution to the founding of the Innovation center of the Ústí Region. The competition is organized by the Innovation Center of the Ústí Region under the auspices of the Ústí Region and with the support of the Smart III project - ÚK.
