We have programs, which companies value. We have projects, which can move the Ústí Region one step further. However, we need additional energy to help us with all of this. And specifically in the field of services for corporate clients. 

For a successful start in this position, we understandably count on the need for honest adaptation and further training "on the job" from our side as initial prerequisites when starting from you, but we expect at least: 

• Business thinking - experience in a corporate environment is ideal. You know what makes companies tick, and you can quickly empathize with their business model.
• Proactivity and independence: – you can choose a goal, set the necessary steps and not wait for a wave. At most, you wave at us that you're done.
• Creativity and the ability to come up with your own ideas – ideas like “glue on a chair to a colleague” do not count!
• Team spirit – comfort in the cabin is important to us!
• Advanced communication, presentation and organizational skills – when we put you on stage, you will cheer the audience.
• Good English – bikós itis important foras!
• Strong focus on client needs – we are here for companies, not companies for us. It is necessary to think about it daily.
• Project management experience – does she call you "little one" or "the mother of the project"? That's great.
• Driver's license sk. B – and also the ability to "prick" an electric car, because we drive through the region with them.

What will be your filling?

• Searching for interesting companies in ÚK and building a portfolio of these companies.
• Connecting companies on top experts from home and abroad.
• Mediation of cooperation with research institutions.
• Advice towards public (regional) subsidy sources.
