or Don't be afraid of feedback: How to give and receive it with ease
Do you ever have trouble telling your colleagues that something isn't working? Or do you not know how to properly acknowledge good work so that it feels authentic? Feedback is the cornerstone of healthy relationships in a team and in business. But if we don't know how to use it, it often hinders rather than helps.
In this workshop, we will focus on how to overcome the fear of honesty. You will try techniques that will make your communication clear, human and motivating.
We will help you:
- Create an environment where people want to grow and are not afraid to make mistakes.
- Improve team collaboration without unnecessary drama.
- Strengthen trust with your customers and partners.
The workshop is open to all entrepreneurs and leaders who want to lead people with respect while achieving results. You will find a safe space to practice real-world situations from your own practice.

I am a coach, trainer, consultant and author of The Alphabet of a Leader – an online onboarding program for aspiring leaders.
I believe that quality leaders can create an environment where people will not only work happily, but also live a better life.
I have led various teams from 2 to 400 people. I have been through team management, department management with several teams, and management of an entire branch with several departments. I have led a team in operations, in administration, management team and even a sports team.
As a manager, I was in charge for 5 years development and training for a branch of a global corporation in CZ, I created a development program for budding leaders, implemented a talent management program and launched a global education curriculum.
MICHAELA KÖSZEGI
I am a coach, trainer and facilitator. I am co-author of Team Accelerators – workshops for teams, focused on removing obstacles that prevent teams from working together effectively and satisfactorily, and The Alphabet of a Leader – an online onboarding program for aspiring leaders.
I graduated a series of trainings, e.g. Person Centered Approach psychotherapy training, KC coaching training, systemic training. I am accredited as a Facet5 Practitioner and Inpram Certified Talent Coach.
Dozens of teams and hundreds of leaders have already gone through our trainings. We try to pass this experience on in a concentrated form. I am sure that leaders are the ones who change the world.
