The program is intended for social entrepreneurs from the Ústí nad Labem Region - whether you are at the beginning of your journey or have taken the first steps and are looking for how to move your business forward.

- Opening ceremony with the Deputy Governor of the Ústí nad Labem Region, Jiří Kulhánek.
- Presentation of the program and introduction of participants to Radka Wenclova, regional coordinator of SPoint for the Ústí nad Labem region.
- We are looking for funding sources: Subsidies, grants, donations, partnerships - we will discuss all options and show you specific model examples.
- We create a budget: Financial planning, setting goals and strategies, pricing - you will learn how to effectively create a budget for your social enterprise.
- We manage cashflow and minimize risks: Financial planning and analysis, financial management, risk management - key skills for successful financial management of your business.
- We learn from the mistakes of others: Case study analysis, solution proposals – gain valuable know-how based on real situations.
- Lecturer: Marcela Součková
Authorized representative and executive director at the social enterprise Modrý domeček, sro He specializes in the strategic direction and financial management of social enterprises. In the field of finance has been working for more than 25 years, including almost 10 years in the non-profit sector. She previously worked in international consulting firms in the field of auditing and internal controlling.
