The operator of the website is the association Inovační centrum Ústí nad Labem, with registered office at Velká Hradební 2800/54, 400 01 Ústí nad Labem, ID number: 04542088, registered in the federal register kept at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, under file number L 9705, and as administrator processes your personal data according to the conditions listed below.
We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular Act 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), i.e. that: we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, primarily legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent .
COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
When you visit our website, our web servers log the IP address assigned to you by your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the website you visit with us, as well as the date and duration of your visit, in a standard way. Other personal data (name, contact...) will only be recorded if you provide them to us of your own free will, for example as part of registering for our events or for concluding a contract.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Entering personal data (usually name, surname, e-mail; possibly company name, phone number) on any of our pages is subject to your express consent and specification of the purpose of their use.
The primary reason for the processing of your data is the management of registrations for individual events and courses and the possibility of contacting you in the event of your inquiry, changes in the organization of the event, etc. If you agree to this, then also to remarketing - in our case, the offer of similar events or courses organized or co-organized by us, or the sending of an informational electronic newsletter.
We may further process your data for:
- improving the quality of our services,
- individual contact via email,
- performing analyzes and measuring traffic.
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, as long as the parties agree that such information is confidential. Our authorized employees have access to your personal data. To ensure specific processing operations that we are unable to ensure on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who also ensure compliance with the GDPR. They are providers of the following platforms: MailChimp, Facebook, Google. Registration data for events (name, surname, company/institution) in paper form is also documented as a recipient of the Smart Accelerator project subsidy to the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic, however, they are confidential (in the regime of the so-called public law processing of personal data).
To a strictly limited extent, we provide the necessary personal data to our service providers who are responsible for conducting the webinars, in order to prepare for the event. All webinars are recorded and their recording is provided to the webinar participants and the speaker.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Based on your consent, we will keep your personal data for the duration of their processing. The exception is data in contracts and invoices, for which the retention period is governed by the Accounting Act. At any time during this period, you have the right to withdraw your consent or change its scope at the email below.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION
You have the right to know the principles of personal data processing. You have the right to request information from us which data we process about you. Within 30 days, we will provide you with proof of what personal data we process and why. If something changes about you or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.
OPTION TO LOG OUT
We only work with data and contacts for which you have given us consent. We want to use your data to inform you about our products and services, or to find out your opinion about them. If you would not agree to this, you can notify us at any time so that we can block the data accordingly. In the case of electronic newsletters or invitations, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of each e-mail.
RIGHT TO LIMIT PROCESSING
You have the right to limit the scope of personal data that we process or the purposes of processing (e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter or unsubscribing from business communications - invitations to our events)
RIGHT TO PORTABILITY
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - except that we will provide the information to you in a machine-readable form. Here we need at least 30 days.
RIGHT TO ERASURE (TO BE FORGOTTEN)
Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). Upon your request, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the system of all sub-processors and backups within 30 days. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and, for example, we must register issued tax documents for a period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law.
COMPLAINT TO THE AUTHORITY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. However, we will be very happy if you communicate your complaints with us first, so that we can correct the error.
UNSUBSCRIBE FROM NEWSLETTERS AND INVITATIONS TO OUR EVENTS
We only send you newsletters and invitations to events based on your consent. You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
TAKING PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF EVENTS AND GDPR
We take photos and videos of our events and courses, usually for documentation and marketing reasons. You have the right to refuse to be listed on them; as a rule, consent to the taking of photos and videos is part of the registration document for the event. If a registration document with the above consent is not obtained for the selected events, you have the right to object to the publication of a photo / video of you on the e-mail below (see Your rights). We will ensure its download or anonymization of your person.
Chatbot ICUK on the web
The icuk.cz website is equipped with an artificial intelligence-based chatbot, provided by a third party, HypeDigitaly sro.
Purpose of processing: Using an AI assistant. We use an AI assistant on our website to handle your inquiries, complaints, or other similar purposes. We process personal data based on legitimate interest, possibly based on consent on the data you provide to us.
AI processing: Please note that artificial intelligence will be involved in the processing of personal data for this purpose.
Processing scope: IP address, device type, browser language, time zone and all data you provide to us (in particular, first and last name, date of birth, place of residence, email, telephone number, interests and other similar data).
We do not process special categories of personal data., please do not enter them into the AI assistant.
Processing time: Your personal data we process 3.5 years from the time they are entered into the AI assistant (asking a question), unless the law imposes another mandatory processing period on us.
